How to send an email to all the website administrators

In November 2020, Steve T used Gmail Account, VCVmanager@gmail.com to create the email list called "admins", which lists all the website administrators. When using our email account, just type that name in the To box.

About the recovery email address

If you get locked out of our email account (VCVmanager@gmail.com) or if Google notice suspicious activity, Gmail can use a "recovery email address". To change this email address, search online for how to set up a recovery phone number or email address for Gmail.

The current setting (as at November 2024) for recovery email is:   authorst@gmail.com

Redirected email addresses 

In December 2020, our website provider offered the free feature of a business email address and email forwarding. We chose only the email forwarding because our VCVmanager@gmail.com already works well as our email address. 

An email address, info@vcv.org.uk  had been used in previous years for the receipt of enquiries. As of November 2020, several other websites still mention that old email address! Any email sent to info@vcv.org.uk is now immediately forwarded to the usual VCVmanager@gmail.com. The sender also receives a courtesy message (a.k.a. auto-response), saying that we will reply soon.  Other email forwarding addressess can also be set up.
