What if the VCV Manager email account has been inactive?
The email account, vcvmanager@gmail.com receives the invoices for the use of the VCV website, messages from IONOS (the website provider) and external queries. If no VCV member has opened this email account for about two months, Google automatically notifies several people via email and possibly SMS text messages.
Google's Inactive Account Manager notifies the following trusted people, who will then receive access to some data:
- Chairman (Adrian B), Recruitment Officer (Sue T),and Treasurer (Nigel M) ... as at March 2026.
- Email account & website administrators (Judith, Steve) ... as at March 2026.
