Handling messages from the Contact Us page
An email message from someone who uses the Contact-Us page on our website goes to the email address, VCVmanager@gmail.com
and is called a "Form response notification". For example:
To reply to the sender:
- Open the message, then click on the email address at "Your email address:" or click the blue link "Reply to customer", which is at the bottom of the message.
Note that the sender will not see their original message when you reply.
Do not include anybody else in your reply; they will not see the sender's original message, either!
Warning: Do not click on Reply as you do to a normal email ...

... because you will see soon receive a strange message from Mail Delivery Subsystem, "Address not found ... Your message wasn't delivered ..."
To pass the message on to someone else:
- Click on
Forward (as you normally do).

You will see the usual New Message box. Here you can add an email address, such as for the Chairman or the Treasurer. You can also add CC and BCC email addresses.
