Changing the payment details

If the member who pays for the website can no longer do so, you must change the details of the credit/debit card so that VCV continues making the monthly payments to the website provider. The website provider sends the monthly invoices by email to VCVmanager@gmail.com.
  1. After you just logged in, you can see a bar across the top of the screen.

  2. Click on the 'head&shoulders' icon in the top right corner or click on "MENU v". 

  3. Click on Invoices & Payment Details. Here you can see the monthly invoices, and change the deatils of the credit/debit card.

Forward the monthly invoices to the Treasurer, whenever you need to.
